Physicians are needed to participate in a corporate wellness program beginning in Utah. Physicians must be willing to train in advanced assessment, diagnostic and treatment protocols and contract to deliver services at the corporate level. The model used is based on a systems approach using evidenced based techniques. Each participating physician will be required to participate in research data collection. All interested physicians can contact Dr. Buhler at 544-2355 for an interview.

I just received a call from a man who heard that chiropractors can perform a physical for the department of transportation. Do you know if that is true? If so, do you know anything about the paperwork required?
